Develop and present custom-designed training programs for staff to develop skill levels. Coursework design is based on the needs of your business. Topics include management and leadership, medical terminology, sales and marketing, communication and conflict resolution.
Conduct a thorough assessment of your business environment including culture, policies and procedures, staff types and competencies, and system processes. Recommendations will be made for areas in need of improvement or enhancement.
Develop and implement a customer service program to increase patient and employee satisfaction and retention. Assist in the development of a customer service care team to manage the customer service program. Included are initial surveys to gauge level of current satisfaction, and recommendations for implementation of improvements.
Attract quality professionals through improving the interview process, designing job descriptions and developing orientation programs. Assistance will be provided in the area of working with recruiters and/or agencies.
