Communicating our need to have complete medical record information serves two purposes; generating revenue from what might otherwise be an un-billable encounter, and providing a mechanism for auditing the patient encounter process flow.
This dashboard shows census, charges, payer mix, and IHBS's posting activity. There is approximately 13 months of historical information available for querying.
A Google Map shows your visitors grouped by zip code, and displays average charge, percentage of visits, and a link to the US Census Bureau showing demographic details for the selected zip code. There is also an interactive pie chart that compliments this data.
