  • 15 years of physician and hospital contracting experience
    
  • Provides routine review of all managed care contracts
    
  • Random EOB analysis to verify correct payment
    
• Cash Posters have a payment grid for each client contract to monitor payment terms
  
  • When contract terms are not adhered to the EOB is sent to our Managed Care Coordinator
    
  • Programmed payment logic errors or client demographic set-up errors are corrected
    
• Payment and adjustment reports can be provided in any form and as frequently as required by the physician group
  
  • By payor, patient, CPT doctor/PA/NP, location of service, date of service, denial, or contract
    
  • Monthly, quarterly or semi-annually
    
  • An aged outstanding claim report is run weekly
