- Project Management
Provide overall project management of the new venture, including daily management and oversight.
- Billing Systems
Implement billing systems including procedures, equipment, staffing and reporting.
- Equipment
Identify and secure equipment necessary for the operations of the new venture.
- Compliance
Identify state and federal regulations within the target market, prepare for survey and secure HIPPA and OIG compliance.
